Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Wasilla, AK. The Project Manager will lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, supervising teams, conducting inspections, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role also includes expediting tasks and streamlining operations to ensure project efficiency and safety compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management, ensuring efficient workflow and supply chain processes
  • Strong skills in Inspection and Expeditor tasks to uphold quality and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of documentation, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices
  • Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in heavy civil construction, mining, or similar industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
