B - Sr. Foreman

Job Objective:
Supervises all field operations, maintenance and spare part inventory; monitors and maintains production records, testing of all wells and compressors in assigned area; and supervises field operators and contract employees.

• * Supervises daily production field by field.
• * Reviews, monitors, and maintains well reports and production records.
• * Monitors and maintains spare parts inventory.
• * Maintains production automation system.
• * Supervises wellhead work and station hook-ups.
• * Processes field invoices.
• * Supervises field operators and contract employees.
• * Assists production accounting group with allocations.
• * Monitors and maintains production and initiates solutions to problems.
• * Plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments; trains, motivates, and evaluates assigned staff; and reviews progress and directs changes as needed.
• * Provides leadership and direction in the development of short and long-range operations studies, reports, and recommendations.
• * May be required to work multiple fields.
• * Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.

• * Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

• * Supervises personnel and conducts employee performance evaluations.
• * Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).

• * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
• * Other duties as assigned by management.

• * Ten (10) years minimum experience in the operation of oil and gas production facilities.
• * Ability to work a fourteen (14) day on and fourteen (14) day off 12 hour shift work schedule.
• * Ability to work established work schedule.
• * Mastery of mechanical skills.
• * Ability to accurately solve problems.
• * Ability to work long hours in order to cover/monitor assigned field territory.
• * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
• * Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
• * Ability to travel to remote locations via large and small planes, helicopter or boat, and ability to don and doff immersion suit.
• * Ability to work in arctic conditions.
• * Good written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex information into an organized and presentable manner.
• * Self-starter with proven leadership skills, team player, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to developing workforce.
• * Good management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• * Proficiency in the use and application of the following computer software:
