• Follow‑up with leads to increase sales
• Gather local community information to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

• Driven, self‑motivated and desires professional growth
• Tech savvy
• Organized and manages time effectively
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

Compensation: $125,000 per year
