Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T2339) rting hourly rate: $18.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their needs.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backrooms, arranging merchandise, and posting promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about total store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivery/pickup) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; move merchandise safely (up to 44 pounds with or without assistance).
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions during duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
