Regional Sales Manager - PNW

Salto Systems is seeking a highly skilled, charismatic, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales efforts across the West Business Unit. The RSM will inspire, lead, and manage sales activities to achieve regional sales targets, develop strong business relationships, and drive sustainable growth.

Salto sells through a diverse partner network, leveraging manufacturing representative firms as an extension of our sales team. The RSM plays a critical leadership role in developing and managing this network, building strong Business Partner relationships, maximizing SALTO's share of business within each partner, and executing sales strategies in collaboration with Territory Managers and other internal teams.

The ideal candidate is an independent, proactive leader who builds relationships, takes initiative, works collaboratively, and develops high-performing sales partnerships.

• Achieve Sales Targets:
  Meet quarterly sales goals by developing new business, growing existing accounts, and communicating the value of Salto's solutions and services.
• Sales Leadership:
  Provide direction, coaching, and support to Territory Managers and representative firms to align sales activities with regional objectives.
• Pipeline and Channel Management:
  Maintain an accurate, active sales pipeline and drive consistent follow-up, opportunity management, and execution of sales plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work across the West Business Unit and the broader organization, leveraging internal resources, XSperience Centers, and integration partners to support sales objectives.
• Experience in sales management
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to sales.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Computer proficiency
• Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
• Security, electronic access control, door, or hardware industry experience preferred but not required.

This is a salaried position with a quarterly bonus based on achievement against established quarterly sales targets.
