We're Hiring For:

• Timber Framers (traditional and modern)
• Finish & Structural Carpenters (high-end experience preferred)
• Turnkey Builders (capable from foundation to finish)
• Foremen / Site Supervisors (must have proven leadership ability)

What You’ll Get:

• Solid per diem
  , meals, and housing provided
• Flights & travel logistics handled by Finished Works
• Operations run through smartphone-based tools
• Local and long-stay remote assignments (rotation work model)
• Strong crew culture focused on safety, clarity, and accountability
• 5 – 10 years of carpentry or supervisory experience in high-end or turnkey builds
• Own a reliable vehicle and a modern smartphone
• Ability to lead teams and communicate clearly on-site and digitally
• Physically healthy, mentally sharp, and ready for fieldwork
• Able to work independently and represent Finished Works with professionalism
