Homecare Heroes of Texas is seeking a Caregiver-CNA to provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Base pay: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

• Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity and independence.

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge of patient‑care techniques and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
