Creative Solutions In Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will provide person-centered care to residents, helping them improve independence and quality of life under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Texas-licensed OTA with COTA credential and good standing is required; SNF or long-term care experience is preferred. We welcome new graduates and offer flexible schedules with competitive compensation.
