Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated RBTs to work in-person with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships to support each child's growth.
Active RBT certification or commitment to obtaining one is required. We provide BCBA mentorship and a path toward certification, with flexible full-time or part-time hours based on client needs.
