Job Description: If you are passionate about packaging we might have a position for you. Toly USA is recruiting a VP of Sales for its East Coast sales office. This senior position is based in our sales offices in Waterbury (Connecticut).
The successful candidate will lead the full commercial responsibility for our East Coast business. The role sits on the commercial team of the Toly Group and reports into the Chief Commercial Officer for USA and Asia.
Responsibilities- Strategy definition and implementation for the East Coast business;
- Develop strong customer relationships across the industry;
- Actively manage specific key accounts;
- Team development and leadership;
- Delivering the budget which meets the Group Corporate Strategy.
- 10-15 years industry experience;
- Experience gained in Sales & Business development
- Proven Leader at the top level, expert people manager and developer;
- Expert knowledge of cosmetic and skin care packaging, industry and customers;
- Top level industry and customer contacts;
