• Assist customers inside and outside the employer’s center with products and services
• Use smartphone‑based technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment is clean and inspected
• Answer customer inquiries and educate them about products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a moderate‑risk environment with safety precautions
• Availability for ongoing training and certification in equipment handling

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with rental equipment and operations
• Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered through the employer)
• Certification in propane filling (training provided)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service
