Job Description

Role Overview
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and highlight sales/promotional events.
- Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
The role involves physical activity like standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
