- Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings
- Supervise a team of behavior technicians
- Provide and facilitate family support and training
- Supervise RBTs and BTs
- Conduct case reviews
- Document supervision sessions
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing
