• Schedules: Full-Time (40 Hours), Monday - Friday, First Shift (8:00 A.M.
  
  - 4:30 P.M.)
  • * One shift per week in the evening to be determined with hours (10:00 A.M.
    
    - 6:30 P.M.)

OUR MISSION:

The Southwest Connecticut Mental Health System aims to provide high-quality, compassionate, and culturally competent mental health and substance abuse services to indigent adults with behavioral health disorders.

ABOUT THE UNIT:

The ACT program is a best practice model of intensive community care that emphasizes helping clients develop or improve skills for successful community living, enhancing quality of life, and fostering independence to pursue personal goals through recovery-oriented values. As part of the Assertive Community Treatment team, the program offers clinical, case management, rehabilitative, and recovery services to an assigned caseload of individuals with serious mental health and/or co-occurring substance and medical disorders.
