Speech‑Language Pathologist (Outpatient / In‑Home Visits)
Join a passionate, multidisciplinary pediatric team making a difference—one family at a time! Are you a caring and motivated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for flexibility, connection, and impact? We’re expanding our outpatient and in‑home therapy services and are seeking talented clinicians to provide speech therapy in the child’s natural environment—their home!
As part of our growing network with 15 outpatient locations, you’ll join a team that provides the full spectrum of pediatric care—from the NICU to clinic‑based, school‑based, and in‑home services. This position is ideal for an SLP who loves one‑on‑one care, collaboration, and seeing real progress where it matters most.
What You’ll Do- Provide speech, language, and feeding therapy within the home setting to support functional communication and development in natural environments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to create personalized treatment plans.
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with professional and company standards.
- Work with children across a variety of ages and diagnoses—from early intervention through school‑age.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Flexible scheduling and autonomy to manage your caseload.
- Mileage reimbursement and support for home visit logistics.
