The Recovery Support Professional I will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes documenting of peer lead meetings and ongoing client safety checks.

Full-Time / Non-exempt

Pay Range begins at $20.00

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday 4 p.m.

-12 a.m.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with recovering persons preferred.
• Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
• Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Valid CT Driver’s license with ability to transport others using company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
• Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and meet weekly with the Clinical Supervisor or Supervisor.
• Provide transportation to clients for appointments as needed.
• Conduct rounds consistently to ensure client and environmental safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of the program.
• Provide services in other residential programs as necessary.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
