About the Role

ABI Resources helps individuals recovering from brain injury, stroke, and TBI to live and recover  role supports clients in all aspects of their home and community life, ensuring consistent safety, providing a healthy companionship, assisting with personal hygiene and dressing, scheduling medical appointments, cooking, cleaning, exercise, socialization, and entertainment.

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Coordinate and attend medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Organize exercise, socialization, and entertainment activities.
• Assist with shopping and errands related to clients’ health and well‑being.

Full‑time or part‑time; weekday and weekend schedules available.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year preferred experience working with individuals with disabilities (not required).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Successful drug screening.
• Letter verifying experience from a person or employer.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
