Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time

Compensation: $21 - $25/hour

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:00pm-7:00pm

Arc Light Behavioral Health Collective () is a small BCBA-owned company seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in Waterbury, CT. This role involves working one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, and supporting skill development under the supervision of a Board-Ccertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents in a home setting under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support behavior management strategies, ensuring consistency and adherence to treatment plans
• Supervise community outings and run objectives in real-world settings
• Assist in creating client materials to support intervention goals
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families to reinforce learning and progress
• Maintain accurate data collection and timely documentation of clinical services
• Work with clients who have a history of aggression and elopement (though rarely engage in it) and demonstrate confidence in managing challenging behaviors

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour – we believe in pay transparency
