The Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for a Practice Supervisor to join our Naugatuck Internal Medicine Office. The Practice Supervisor will oversee and monitor the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, quality patient care, and continuous process improvement.

• Ensure daily rounding is performed to enable smooth patient flow.
• Coordinate staff within assigned practices to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care.
• Monitor attendance for all practice employees and address concerns in a timely manner.
• Identify office inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Maintain customer service and productivity standards, reporting issues to the Practice Manager promptly.
• Collaborate with the Service Line Director on all hiring decisions and employee performance management.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and inventories are at appropriate levels for the practice needs.
• Orient new hires to practice office procedures and provide access and training to systems as needed.
• Enforce staff adherence to policies and procedures, compliance, risk management, and HIPAA requirements.
• Manage attendance in accordance with departmental needs and organizational policies.

• High School Diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years’ experience in an outpatient office environment; 1+ year supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Proven experience in all aspects of medical practice.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient use of computers and electronic medical records.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with all levels within the organization.
