• Pay Range: $22.62 - $25.10 per hour

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and hands-on Supportive Living Services Coordinator to oversee multiple residential programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Lead multiple residential programs and make a measurable impact
• Coach and develop future leaders within our organization
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners

• Help individuals achieve greater independence, personal goals, and community engagement

• Supervise and support assigned staff and program operations.
• Coordinate services, ISP implementation, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DDS regulations and agency policies.
• Monitor documentation, quality assurance, and service delivery.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and conduct site visits as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED with four years of progressive human services experience will be considered.
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and reliable transportation required.
