In the manufacturing process we utilize common as well as exotic materials including:
Carbide, Aluminum, Delrin, Titanium, Tantalum, Steel, silver, and Inconel, among others.
Our work is done onsite
, including carbide and heat treatment. We have complete control throughout the production process. In-house operations eliminate the need to ship to outside services. The result:

- Reduction or elimination of customer down time
They are currently seeking a fully qualified toolmaker knowledgeable in carbide and steel toolmaking who must be proficient running conventional EDM machines. This individual will work in a small carbide department manufacturing custom carbide and steel tooling. Qualified candidates require the ability to produce precision parts to blue print specifications.
