** 12/11/2025209 Highland Ave, Waterbury, Connecticut, , United States of America Da Vita  is seeking a full-time Dilaysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT who is looking to give life in an Outpatient Dialysis Center!
** This position will support/FLOAT to multiple DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the Region. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30 to 40-minute radius of the Waterbury, CT area   
**** Responsibilities:
*** Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
* Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
* Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
* Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
* ** Float to nearby clinics in Region
** as needed
** What to Expect:
*** Fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Long-term patient relationships
* Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients
* Paid training provided
*
* Schedule:

*** Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location
* ** Full-Time
** schedule working 3–4 days/week, 10 - 12
-14 hour shifts (alternating Saturdays)
- ** Sunday's off**!

* Qualifications:

*** RN license in the state of practice
* ** At least 6+ months dialysis experience is required
*** ADN required; BSN preferred
* Basic computer proficiency
* Reliable transportation for potential floating
** Preferred (Not Required):
*** Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
