Day Shift

We are seeking a dedicated RN Coordinator to support surgical teams by delivering high‑quality patient care, overseeing OR operations, and fostering professional development among staff.

• Deliver intraoperative care, performing circulating and/or scrub duties while ensuring adherence to AORN standards.
• Assist the Nurse Manager with daily operations, including staff assignments and workflow coordination.
• Mentor and support OR nursing staff through education, orientation, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient safety and procedural efficiency.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Connecticut RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience (circulating and scrub).

• One or more years of leadership experience in roles such as charge nurse or coordinator.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) – support provided post‑hire.
• CNOR certification (preferred, not required).

• Full‑time – 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday.
• No weekends, holidays, or on‑call requirements.
• Specialty pay available for experienced nurses.
• Hourly Staff RN position; pay range: $40.05 – $70.50/hour.
