Qualifications
  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state in which the clinician will practice.
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
  • Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
    Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
  • TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
  • Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
