Advanced Practice Provider

Position Overview We are in need of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) including either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Waterbury, CT. Our main focus is on prioritizing quality care and exceptional customer service. We also strive to provide treatment on-site whenever possible to minimize unnecessary hospital admissions.

Requirements and Responsibilities All applicants must possess a valid nursing license in CT or a PA license.

While previous experience in a SNF setting is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to all patients in a courteous and professional manner.

The Nurse Practitioner will carry out therapeutic procedures such as administering injections, suturing, and managing infections.

Providing patients with educational information on therapeutic regimens and normal growth and development.

Benefits and Salary Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
