Position: Seasonal Camp Kitchen Lead Chef | On‑Site, Room & Board
A summer camp food service provider is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef for its seasonal operations. This hands-on, demanding role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage food service operations successfully. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of commercial kitchen experience, a Serv Safe certification, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, staff training, and maintaining food safety standards.
