Job Description:We are seeking a professional Account Executive to join our team. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing our book of business through new client acquisitions. You will create and maintain positive relationships, understand clients' needs, and connect them with appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong sales and negotiation skills.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new opportunities
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
Seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities
Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
Review and verify client audits and maintain A/R and billing
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in relevant field
Valid state insurance licensing
Proven track record of B2B sales success
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products and offerings
Strong computer and technology skills
