We are the Leaders in Home Improvement.
Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, and typical earnings between $45K - $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit them from home. Territories are approximately within 2 hours of the home zip code.
This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—this is not door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products.
