- Earnings & Compensation
- Weekly Average: Take home an average of $1,500 weekly ($78k+ yearly potential) running 300 to 450 miles daily.
- Pay Breakdown: Base CPM from $0.62 to $0.65 based on experience ($0.62 for 0–11 mos up to $0.65 for 36+ mos), $50 per load run
, $25 stop pay
, $150 Long Island delivery bonus
, $12.50/hr detention pay after 2 hours, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus ($500 1st load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60/90/120/150 days, $500 at 180 days).
- The Runs & Freight Specs
- Operating Area: Multi-state regional routes across NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, and ME averaging 300–450 miles daily.
- Freight Details:
100% no-touch freight with preloaded trailers and opportunity for multiple loads per day.
- Home Time & Work Schedule
- Weekly Reset: Consistent weekly 34-hour home reset (off days assigned post-onboarding; non-consecutive weekend days).
- Parking Rule &
Shifts:
Drivers within 100 miles park at the Colonie DC; drivers outside 100 miles take trailers home with secure parking. Requires day and night flexibility (0800–1700 delivery windows) across a Sunday through Saturday schedule.
- Qualifications & Compliance
- Experience Rule: Minimum of 3 months of commercial driving experience acquired over the last 3 years (within the past 36 months).
- Core Skills & Testing: Requires schedule flexibility, weekend commitment, and passing strict hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
