Administrative Services Coordinator II
The Administrative Services & Operations Team at DVHA is currently seeking an experienced dynamic administrative professional to join our team. The primary function of the Administrative Services Coordinator II role is to work within a team of administrative professionals to provide executive level customer service support for the department.
This requires a high degree of confidentiality and the ability to work well under pressure with various competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding/Offboarding staff.
- Workstation Set Up and maintain equipment.
- Technology Support:
Configuring VOIP phones, fax services and soft clients. - Badge and Cellphone Management
- Copier Management
- Maintaining key documents for the department such as tracking sheets, floor plans and organization charts.
- Distributing communications involving onboarding, offboarding announcements,
- Processing mail
- Answering main phone line and transferring calls to appropriate contacts
- Entering help-desk tickets and user account requests
- TEMP Invoice Review and Tracking
- LINC Coordinator
Candidates should be competent in the following areas:
Excellent communication skills utilizing diverse modes of communication that convey clear and concise understanding to various audiences Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments and shared goals Strong customer focus through building relationships and providing customer-centric solutions Subject matter expert in MS office, particularly Teams, One Drive, Excel, Visio and SharePoint Strong attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent AND three (3) years or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization. OR One year of full-time college level study in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field AND two (2) years or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization. OR Two years of full-time college level study OR an associate's degree or higher in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field AND one (1) year or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.
OR Three years or more of full-time college level study OR a bachelor's degree in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field. OR One (1) year or more of experience as an Administrative Services Coordinator I with the State of Vermont.
