At Amplify Leadership Lab, we believe advocates and allied professionals working to end domestic and sexual violence deserve learning opportunities as unique and powerful as they are. Through innovative programs, coaching, and training series, we support professionals at every level working to prevent and respond to violence. Our holistic approach helps participants build skills, strengthen resilience, and deepen the impact of their work.

To support the Vermont Network in its educational strategies to uproot the causes of violence and support all people to thrive.
Outcomes- Learning opportunities are designed and delivered to maximize learning outcomes for participants.
- All components of learning events are designed to support learning engagement.
- Training content is aligned with best practices and created in collaboration with allied social justice movements.
- Align training design and delivery in support of the Network’s purpose and values and long-term social change vision.
- Collaborate with Amplify Director and team to strategize, design, and implement broader learning goals.
- Manage all elements of hosting, delivering, and evaluating learning events both virtually and in-person.
- Develop and facilitate content for in-person and virtual learning events.
- Communicate with project partners, consultants, and participants.
- Collaborate with project staff to execute event outreach and registration and support participant access.
- Coordinate logistical needs including selection and management of venues, contractors, and contracts.
- Develop and support trainings that are culturally relevant and informed by perspectives of diverse communities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Manifest in daily activities the core values of the organization.
- Use the Network’s principles for Constructive Communication.
- Participate in efforts to achieve organizational goals for addressing racism and the intersection of racism with other forms of oppression.
- Any combination of experience and education equal to a Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in one of the human services or related fields.
- Demonstrated skills in program delivery and management.
- Knowledge of adult learning approaches to training design and facilitation.
- Knowledge of domestic and sexual violence.
- A demonstrated commitment to anti-oppression work and ending violence against women.
- A minimum of four years volunteer or professional experience in a field relative to the position.
- Ability and commitment to work within a team model to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
