The Director of Policy and Program Integration leads policy development and implementation across Vermont's Agency of Human Services, managing complex initiatives and ensuring coordinated approaches to policy and budget work. Keyqualifications:
- Oversee policy, planning, and field services integration across the Agency
- Supervise professional-level staff and lead the AHS Planning Team
- Represent the Secretary at statewide councils and inter-agency forums
- Develop strategic initiatives and ensure interdepartmental service coordination
- Lead governance processes and provide policy analysis and research support
