The Health Reform Portfolio Director II works collaboratively with Vermont's Health Care Reform team to coordinate and implement state delivery system reform initiatives, health information technology, and data integration projects. The role involves developing partnerships with stakeholders including providers and state agencies, managing HIT-HIE projects, conducting policy research and analysis, and producing communications about Vermont's integrated health care reform efforts for diverse audiences.
Keyqualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health, informatics, data systems, or related field
- Two or more years of experience in health, informatics, data systems, or related fields
- Ability to reconcile competing interests within programmatic and budgetary constraints
- Policy research and data analytics skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including providers and state agencies
