Travel Registered Nurse (RN) role s position requires 100% travel to assign facilities to support staffing needs. The RN supports patient care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of Charge Nurses, including administering medications, assisting in diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurse
- Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical records
- Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols
- Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs require
- Education
:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing - Experience
:
One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred; must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time - Licenses & Certifications
:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice and/or a valid compact state nurse license;
Current CPR certification
