Greater Burlington YMCA in Waterbury seeks a Youth Support Program Staff to provide one-on-one support to a youth with individualized needs after school. The role partners with the Program Director and family to foster growth and inclusion, adapting activities for accessibility and guiding social-emotional development.
The position runs Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM–6:00 PM at Waterbury Brookside Primary School, August 26th–mid June, with 3 days of attendance each week.
