Optometrist – Waterford, CT – Lens Crafters

Requisition . Lens Crafters, part of Luxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist practice. You will provide optometric care as an employee or contracted doctor under the Subleasing Doctor.

• Provide independent optometric examinations and patient care.
• Operate and maintain advanced digital eye examination equipment, including Clarifye and Daytona Optomap.
• Use automated online appointment booking and patient recall system.
• Collaborate with Subleasing Doctor while maintaining full professional autonomy.
• Adhere to practice protocols and maintain high standards of patient service.

Employee pay determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage. Possible bonus or commission plan.
