An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within a practice operated by a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist, either as an employee or contracted doctor.

Luxottica manages the optical dispensary, while the Affiliated Doctor provides high-quality optometric care. Terms of employment, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice based on your discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor
• Flexible scheduling options, including part-time or additional hours
• Access to fully furnished offices with comprehensive OD equipment
• Potential use of Revolution EHR software, tech, and pre-testing support
• Automated online appointment booking and patient recall system
