An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor’s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Work within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Practice autonomously with professional discretion and in alignment with the Subleasing Doctor’s agreement; no company-imposed quotas.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding hours to an existing practice schedule.
• Utilize a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many offices use Clarifye for digital eye examination.
• Where available, use the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System with full technical and pre-testing support.
• Rely on automated online appointment book and patient recall system as enabled by the practice.
