Physical Therapist Home Health
Pay and Typical ScheduleClinicians are paid for each completed visit and documentation. Care Co has a guaranteed pay program for therapists that agree to work an identified number of days each week and accept all assigned visits that day. There is also a per diem option that pays by the visit working within a defined geographical area.
QualificationsGraduate of a physical therapy school approved by:
The American Physical Therapy Association, or The Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association. Registration in Connecticut. Home health experience and experience with OASIS are helpful.
Mileage is paid between patient visits. Benefits including time off, health insurance, and agency vehicle are dependent on the number of visits made each week.
