We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping to join our team at Greentree Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Waterford, Connecticut. As a key member of our management team, the Director will oversee maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facility, and ensure housekeeping standards are met.

• Oversee maintenance and repair of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance and housekeeping operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Collaborate with other management team members to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and housekeeping supplies and services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and housekeeping, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast‑paced environment.
