New London Rehab & Care Center is a short‑ and long‑term care facility dedicated to quality care and strong clinical leadership. We are currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Baylor weekend position
, covering 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM every weekend

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision during the overnight shift
• Support nursing staff and ensure safe, high‑quality resident care
• Serve as the go‑to clinical leader for issues, assessments, and decision‑making
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift operations and concerns

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Ability to work every weekend on the overnight shift
• Long‑term care experience strongly preferred
