New London Rehab & Care Center in Watertown, CT is a short- and long-term care facility seeking experienced RN Supervisors to oversee clinical operations during evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts.
- Monitor resident care to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Lead in emergency situations and assist with clinical decision-making.
- Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered work environment.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Connecticut (required).
- Prior supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
