We are currently seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for the 8AM-2PM and 12PM-8PM shifts. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional care, maintain resident dignity, and contribute to a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff.

• Provide direct resident care, including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility, etc.).
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Active CNA certification in the State of Connecticut (required).
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
