For this position you will be employed by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve those goals.
• Lead a team of Department Managers; help them set and reach their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide mentoring and direction.
• Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
