We are looking for a professional mixologist who has a passion for creating memories through their drink preparation and experimentation. Enthusiastic personality paired with the ability to work in a high paced environment is a recipe for success.

Hours: 4pm - 11:30pm

Compensation: $20/hr, plus tips

• Greet guests, answer guests’ questions, and recommend food pairings.
• Ability to mix drinks and experiment.
• Plan and develop drink menus.
• Take & Prepare Food orders.
• Light Cooking & Meal preparation.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accurate charge and cash drawer is balanced.
• Maintain a clean work area, removing trash, clearing tables, and washing glasses and equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen.
• Adhere to the federal and state age limits as well as safety and procedures of the hotel.
• Basic computer skills.

• Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of and adhere to all alcohol related law.
• Must obtain or possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to follow instructions.
