Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or custodial services, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field.

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages and control costs.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff to optimize coverage and productivity.
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to coordinate room readiness and address any facility issues.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and training activities.
