Angela Hospice Home Care in Michigan is seeking a Care Center Registered Nurse (RN) to join its interdisciplinary team providing hospice and skilled nursing care per physician orders and the care plan.
The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, deliver end-of-life nursing care, educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and other clinicians, supervise LPNs and aides, and contribute to quality improvement while upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.
