Location:

Waterford, MI.

• Sell Lawn and Tree & Shrub Care Programs to customers and prospects by phone, in person and at trade shows.
• Become proficient in our 7 Step Lawn Care Program, Tree & Shrub Healthcare Services, and add-on programs.
• Submit completed Sales Leads paperwork daily.
• Communicate with Sales Manager about any customer issues.
• Educate customers on best practices, products used, and results.
• Answer customer questions on their service(s) program and provide solutions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.

• Minimum 1-year sales experience; however, on-the-job training is provided.
• Coachable, problem solving, attention to detail, self-motivated, competitive team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good phone and email communication skills, customer service skills and reliable transportation.
• Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel, Google, Gmail, etc.).

Package: competitive hourly wage with weekly bonus, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, 401(K) match, medical, dental, vision and life. Expected weekly income of $1,250-1,600 per week from hourly and bonus opportunities.
