Your Impact Reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A, the Senior Manager, FP&A provides financial planning and analysis support to the Commercial IT, Network Infrastructure & Operations, and Sovereign Cloud leaders within the Chief Digital Office (CDO) organization. The role leads a team responsible for budgets, forecasts, month-end activities, contract reviews, and business case analysis while partnering closely with senior leaders to ensure financial accuracy and operational excellence.

Build and support bottoms-up budgets and forecasts supporting annual OPEX of more than $450M.Lead month-end activities and ensure financial results are closed accurately and on time.

Partner closely with business leaders to develop a deep understanding of third-party costs and spending drivers, including hyperscalers and datacenter operations.

Consolidate, analyze, and present financial results to leadership, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with corporate objectives.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy, cost allocation methodologies, and reporting efficiency.

Support business cases, strategic initiatives, special projects, and growth-focused investment decisions.

What You Need to Succeed7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within the technology or software industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.

Proven experience building strong partnerships and credibility with business leaders.

Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end management experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively and drive sound business decisions.

Ability to communicate financial results, risks, and business drivers clearly to leadership audiences.
