Position Highlights- Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced OR nurses!
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose from three 12-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or five 8-hour shifts (Days).
- Comprehensive Training: Receive orientation for both circulating and scrub roles across all service lines.
As an Operating Room RN, you will:
- Utilize the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework to provide top-notch patient care.
- Maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
- Coordinate patient care with the surgical team and collaborate with other departments.
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
- Perform duties in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Education: A nursing degree from an accredited school.
- License: A current RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Certifications: BLS certification is required.
